CSIAM Activity Group on Numerical Methods for Petroleum and Groundwater Resources
Introduction
The fluid flow in porous media, fracture-cavity reservoirs, and multi-structure complex media are common problems in the field of oil and gas exploration, groundwater pollution and control, etc. It is of great significance to do some research on mathematical modeling and numerical methods. The activity group mainly focus on academic exchange and cooperative research for developing and designing the mathematical models, numerical methods, theoretical analysis and applications and other aspects of flow in porous media.
